Mermer Kumlama Makinası ya da Doğal Taş Kumlama Makinası olarak adlandırılan makinamız her türlü doğal taşı kumlayabilmektedir. Taş genişliğine bağlı olarak üretimi yapılmaktadır. Dakikada 3000 devir dönebilen tirbünler vasıtası ile kumlama yapılırken kendi kendini temizleme (Jet-Pulse) özelliği bulunan kartuş filtre ya da radyal fan ile toz hapsedilir.Mermer Kumlama Makinesi; ana gövde, taşıyıcı bant, elevatör, seperatör, siklon, filtre ve kontrol paneli ünitelerinden oluşur. Makinenin çalışma şekli: Kesilmiş ve kuru haldeki doğal taş / mermer parçaları konveyör bant üzerine yerleştirilir ve bant hareketi ayarı yapılır. Bantın yürüme hızı (0,5-2m/dk) ayarlanır. Kumlanacak malzemenin cinsine göre kum akış hızı ayarlanır. Türbinden dakikada 3000 devir hız ile gönderilen granüller ile kumlama yapılır. Makine tabanına dökülen granüller bunkerde toplanıp helezon vasıtası ile elevatöre taşınanır. Kovalı kayış sistemine sahip elevatör ile seperatöre gönderilir.

Kızak üzerine yerleştirilmiş delici tabancalar (YT24 veya YT28), ana kolon üzerinde hareketi sağlayan zincir motoru vasıtasıyla yukarı ve aşağı hareket eder. Besleme hızı (feeding), kontrol panelinden ayarlanabilir ki bu da tabancaların istenen süratte yukarı ve aşağı hareketine imkân verir. Besleme hızı (feeding), kayacın özelliklerine bağlı olarak ayarlanabilir ki bu da delme hızı kontrolüne imkân verir. Makina üzerinde; yönlendirilebilen kontrol panosu ve merkezi yağlama ünitesi vardır
