We; We are a team that obtained the first kokoreç production permits in the United States in 2012 and opened the first kokoreç sales point. We spend a lot of effort and bureaucracy in order not to leave our national product kokorec to other nations all over the world. Mr. As Koko, we started our European activities with R&D studies at the end of 2017, our priority is human health and life. We chose Varna, Bulgaria as the production center. Food health and hygiene in Bulgaria, a country of the European Union, is in European standards. Our production center; It is the only facility producing Turkish kokorec in Europe, which has HACCP plans suitable for kokorec production, approved by the Bulgarian Ministry of Food and Health (BFCA) and has a halal production certificate.
