Ribond offers spunbond nonwoven fabric made of 100 % PP fibers with 2 S beams. SS fabric has a good uniformity and good visual appereance. Also 2 S beams provide good tensile strength which is also a main performance measure. We offer 240 cm and 320 cm maximum width. Regular SS spunbond fabric has a wide range of application area in many industries. So we make the slitting into the required widths and we can offer any color upon customer request. As their general classification spunmelt nonwovens, have a good water resistance performance. This water resistance performance separates the SMS and SMMS from regular spunbond. Spunmelt nonwovens are made of 100 % PP fiber. Thanks to the water resistance, it is used in filtration and/or barrier applications. Despite the water resistancy, the spunmelt products still have the air permeability. N-Touch is a new and innovative product developed by Ribond for hygiene and medical applications.
